About Us

Laura and Matt: We are Laura and Matt Bankston! Welcome to our blog! We have been married since June 2004. We met 2 weeks into college and dated throughout our 4 years at LA Tech. 1 week after we graduated we were married. Time has certainly flown by! Life is so wonderful being married to my best friend:) On July 29, 2008 we welcomed our precious miracle Addison Claire. We worked very hard to get her here. When I finally became pregnant we endured a very scary and long pregnancy. She was 3.5 weeks early and spent 6 days in the NICU. We thank the Lord for a wonderful, smart, and healthy daughter!!! She truly is our MIRACLE. We are expecting our second baby girl in the next few weeks and are sooo excited! We also have 2 cocker spaniels running around our home. You will hear about Sunny and Bentley quite often.....as they are kids too! This blog is an attempt to document and remember all of the wonderful milestones and memories of our growing family!
